FAQ

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Due to health and safety regulations, pets (including pets that fit in a carry bag) are not allowed, except for service dogs.

Are there additional fees for the show features?

There is no additional fees for features.

Are there childcare services?

No childcare services are offered.

Are wheelchairs available and/or scooters available?

They are not available but feel free to bring your own.

Can I bring a backpack? Do you check backpacks/large bags?

Yes, attendees are allowed to bring backpacks (subject to inspection at any time). Backpacks and large bags can be checked at the coat check.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, strollers are allowed into the show.

Can I come back the same day? Can I come back another day on the same ticket?

Attendees are allowed to return the same day with a hand stamp. Tickets are good for one day only.

Can I get on the boats?

Yes you can get on the boats. Restrictions vary by exhibitor.

Do I have to print out my ticket before I get to the show?

You can print at home or we can scan your mobile device at the entrance. Printing at home is recommended. Tickets are available on site.

Can I gift my ticket to someone else, even if it has my name on it?

Yes, however tickets can only be used once

Do you have kid activities?

Yes all features can be found at Features

Is food and beverages available at the show?

Yes, food and beverages are available. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available.

Do you take credit and debit cards at the show's onsite box office?

It is fastest if you buy your tickets online in advance however, yes, we take cash and credit/debit cards onsite.

How do I get to the show?

Is the show handicap accessible?

Yes, the show is handicap accessible.

Where is parking? Is there a fee?

Parking is directly on site and it is all FREE. Shuttles are offered from remote parking lots.

This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed (the “Event”). By using this ticket, you, on behalf of yourself and any minor(s) accompanying you (collectively, “you”), agree to all of the terms below.

Breach of this license, failure to comply with Event rules, or any refund of the ticket price terminates any rights that you may have; and, renders use of the ticket illegal and unauthorized for any purpose. Sportshows, LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person for the reasons above or for conduct it deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming.

You grant permission to Sportshows, LLC (and its designees) to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury (including death and drowning) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.
