From successfully competing in club competition, to earning a spot on the Idaho State Team, to making it to the federation championship, securing a tour card by winning the whole thing and now, Angler of the Year 2017. After winning the Federation Nation National Championship he’s accumulated 15 top 10 finishes including four top 5 BASS Elite finishes in 2017 alone on the Bassmaster Elite Trails. He’s advanced to the Classic eight years in a row including a second place finish on Grand Lake in 2013. Brandon is an approachable “rising star” and an outstanding ambassador to the sport.

As a self-made angler and former United States Army Drill Sergeant he equally enjoys balancing the competition and the business sides of the bass community.

His 2013 season was the start of his career as a professional angler. Although his venture began later than some, James has accomplished many feats since he began at age 38.

From a B.A.S.S Open win to the Bassmaster Classic, Watson promotes fishing on a WORLDWIDE level. Additionally, James has qualified for the Forrest Wood Cup and the Texas Toyota Bass Classic during his duration fishing the FLW Tour, FLW Costa Series, BASS Opens, P.A.A. and Major League Fishing. He has also competed as a member of the US Bass Team in the Black Bass Championships in 2017 in South Africa and 2018 in Mexico. Bringing home the gold medal with the team in 2018.

In 2018, he received the Forrest L. Wood Sportsmanship and Community Leadership Award per his involvement in FLW Community Outreach. He prides himself on his personality, often gaining him media attention, which positively promotes his sponsors. Shaw was elected to the BASS Fishing Hall of Fame in 2017. When not fishing Shaw is an avid hunter for deer, duck, turkeys, snakes, mushrooms and even gators. Grigsby has hosted “One More Cast with Shaw Grigsby” for more than two decades. Although most of his career was fishing in the BASS Elites, he now fishing Major League Fishing.

He has fished for well over the last 40 years from freshwater panfish to blue marlin, and almost every species in between. His specialties include bottom fishing for cod and sea bass; and offshore canyon fishing for tunas, sharks, and marlin, with multiple tournament wins and a record of consistent catches. He views every charter trip as unique, and tries to tailor trips to the client’s interests and skill level. He approaches every trip with a “relaxed state of readiness and adapts to different fishing conditions”, which is what the boat name MUSHIN means. He has appeared in local and regional magazines and television talking about a variety of fishing from bottom fishing to the deep canyons.

Jim has weekly saltwater fishing columns that appear in The Bergen Record and Coast Star newspapers. Jim has also been a guest speaker at all the Trout Unlimited Clubs in NJ and Pa and a special guest speaker at the Bloomberg Network in NYC. Jim’s favorite fish to target is bluefin tuna getting them up on top by casting to them with topwater stickbaits and poppers. He loves being on the water with his 19 year old son Tommy who is his mate.

He is currently a pro staff member for Shimano, Costa Sunglasses, and Aftco. Since his first canyon trip over 35 years ago Jimmy has logged over 500 trips to the Edge. His experiences have taken him to the canyons off New England down to the canyons off North Carolina. He has hundreds of trophy catches of Marlin, Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Big Eye Tuna and Bluefin Tuna. Captain Jimmy is a multifaceted angler using a multitude of techniques to getting the job done on the water including trolling, chunking, butterfly jigging and top water.

Currently 24 years old, Lucas is preparing to enter his fifth year as a professional angler competing in both the Bass Master Opens & FLW Toyota Series. Lucas’s favorite style of fishing is flipping jigs off of shore grass. A technique that he attributes to many of his most successful tournament appearances. With hard work and passionate dedication to the sport he has landed tremendous support from his amazing sponsors.He shares his love for fishing by volunteering and supporting many youth groups. Frikkie is a very accomplished hunter with experience in all of the dangerous seven including nearly 400 lion hunts and of course many many Cape Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard, Rhinoceros, Hippo and Crocodile.
